Low Level Developer

Were looking for a Low-Level Developer to join the team - someone who loves working close to the kernel, cares deeply about performance, and wants their code measured in nanoseconds and bytes.What You'll Do:Design and build the in-cluster sensor that powers observability platformWrite low-overhead, high-performance instrumentation using eBPF and GoTackle hard problems in Linux internals, networking, and protocol parsingPush the boundaries of what can be observed without modifying customer codeEnsure the sensor runs reliably across a huge variety of kernels, distros, and Kubernetes setupsCollaborate with backend, infrastructure, and product teams to ship features end to endRequirements: 5+ years of systems or backend engineering experience, with strong Go skillsSolid grounding in operating system internals or low-level programming (C/C++/Rust, kernel, syscalls, memory management)Deep understanding of Linux networking, syscalls, and process/container isolationFamiliarity with cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, containers, CRI/CNI)A performance mindset- you think about cache lines, allocations, and tail latencyCare about clean, maintainable, well-architected codeLove working on developer-first products and want your work to have real impactThis position is open to all candidates.
