Required Manufacturing EngineerJob Description SummaryActivities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines.

There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.Key Responsibilities:Support the development, optimization, and control of manufacturing processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, CMP, diffusion).Monitor and analyze process performance, yield, and defectivity trends.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and excursions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, equipment engineering, quality) to improve process stability.Assist in process qualification, technology transfer, and new product introduction (NPI).Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and control plans.Use statistical tools (SPC, DOE) to drive continuous improvement.Support troubleshooting of equipment and process-related issues.Ensure compliance with safety, cleanroom protocols, and quality standards.Requirements: Required Qualifications:Bachelors or masters degree in:Chemical EngineeringMaterials ScienceElectrical EngineeringPhysics or related field0-3 years of experience (internships or academic research in semiconductors preferred)Basic understanding of fabrication processesFamiliarity with data analysis tools (Excel, JMP, Minitab, or similar)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Exposure to cleanroom environment or wafer fab operationsKnowledge of SPC, DOE, and Six Sigma methodologiesExperience with process simulation or characterization toolsBasic programming skills (Python, MATLAB) for data analysisKey Competencies:Attention to detail and quality mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsAdaptability and willingness to learn.This position is open to all candidates.
