• 5 years of experience in COBOL development (CICS Batch) – mandatory
• 5 years of hands-on experience with DB2 – mandatory
• At least 4 years of experience working with VSAM databases – mandatory
• Experience with JCL – mandatory
• Familiarity with financial systems – an advantage
