Network Operations Center

n this position you will be monitoring our production environment, handling incidents, answering tickets escalated by our Tier1 / Tier2 support and troubleshooting different technical issues. You will be working closely with our Devops and Tier3 teams. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing start-up company and learn about the world of DevOps and databases.Requirements: Studying towards a degree in a technological field (1st year-2 student with at least 1.5 years remaining)Availability to work 3 shifts or more per week including nights and weekends.Strong technical and analytical skills.Fast learnerHigh sense of responsibility and service-orientedGood written communication skills (English and Hebrew)Advantage:Knowledge of SQLKnowledge of Linux environmentsKnowledge of networks and basic understanding of communication protocolsThis position is open to all candidates.
