NOC Engineer

Required NOC EngineerAs a NOC Engineer, you will:Troubleshoot and debug technical incidentsMonitor and troubleshoot various systemsMonitor and investigate OPSEC incidentsProvide clients with a professional first point of contactHandle day-to-day production issuesContinuously develop and improve the teams service and processesWork in shifts 247, including weekends and holidaysPerform preventive maintenance.Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as technical support, NOC or a similar roleKnowledge of UNIX/Linux systemsCCNA-level networking knowledge (routing, switching, TCP/IP and troubleshooting fundamentals)Basic SQL knowledgeFluency in English with strong writing and communication skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to collect and interpret data from various sourcesKnowledge of Windows services and logsBasic knowledge in Virtualization (VMware and HyperV)Scripting experience (especially Bash or Python) - advantage.This position is open to all candidates.
