NPI Process Engineer

We are looking for an experienced NPI Process Engineer to join our Engineering team and lead the transfer of new products from R&D to production, while driving process improvements across manufacturing lines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead NPI activities and serve as focal point between R&D and productionDefine, maintain, and improve production processes and work instructionsProvide hands-on support and troubleshooting to production linesLead root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsDrive yield improvement, scrap reduction, and cycle time optimizationManage process validation, qualifications, and engineering changes (ECO)Work closely with cross-functional teams: R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and OperationsRequirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering (or related field)5 years of experience in Process / Production / NPI EngineeringStrong background in manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of Lean, SPC, PFMEA, and problem-solving methodologiesHands-on, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong ownershipExcellent communication and teamwork skillsThis position is open to all candidates.
