We are looking for a business-oriented Partner Manager to lead and grow our strategic relationships with key technology vendors. This role serves as the central point connecting vendors with internal teams across sales, marketing, presales, finance, and leadership - driving revenue growth, improved profitability, and long-term strategic collaboration.The ideal candidate understands how technology partnerships and sales ecosystems operate, and can translate company strategy into effective vendor engagement and joint go-to-market execution.ResponsibilitiesPartnership &
- Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact while leading regular vendor meetings and QBRs to review performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive upsell and cross-sell initiativesContract &
- Performance ManagementManage the full contract lifecycle, from creation and negotiation to renewal - ensuring strong financial and operational outcomes while minimizing riskMonitor vendor performance against KPIs and manage rebates, partner funds, and MDF budgets in collaboration with FinanceGo-to-Market &
- Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute channel-driven sales plans to meet revenue and pipeline goals, while leading high-impact partner marketing initiativesProvide accurate sales forecasts and market development reports aligned with business objectivesReporting &
- Continuous ImprovementMaintain accurate records of vendor contracts and performance data, generate reports, and update management on progress while proactively escalating risks or challenges. Continuously identify opportunities to optimize vendor relationships, streamline processes, and improve outcomesRequirements: 3 years of experience in Partner Management, Vendor Management, or a related roleProven experience negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and evaluating performanceStrong business orientation with the ability to create and execute strategic plansAbility to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple internal teamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and translate data into actionable insightsSolid understanding of the technology ecosystem (Cloud, Infrastructure, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience in a technology integrator or reseller environment - an advantageThis position is open to all candidates.
