We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our payroll team in Israel. The role involves working directly under the Payroll Controller, supporting the preparation and execution of payroll.Responsibilities:Manage company attendance systems (Maccano + Hibob), including procedure implementation, reporting, updating legislative changes, and addressing employee inquiries.Oversee employee onboarding and termination processes, including handling 161 forms.Process 101 forms in the Hilan system.Manage employee payroll deductions/reimbursements and maintain communication with pension insurance agents.Assist with monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Requirements: Bachelors degree in economics, Social Sciences, or a related field - mandatoryFluent English (written and spoken) at a very high level - advantageStrong systems orientation with the ability to quickly learn and work with new tools and software2-3 years of experience in administration, operations, or similar rolesPrevious experience in a high-tech or global company - an advantageStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.This position is open to all candidates.
