Team plays a key role in the Supply Chain organization by optimizing business and production planning and ensuring alignment between customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and business objectives.The Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining production plans that support on-time customer deliveries while balancing inventory levels, manufacturing efficiency, and capacity utilization. Key performance indicators include Sales, Customer and Production Missed Promises, inventory levels, inventory turns, and overall service performance.The Planner works closely with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to resolve supply chain constraints, manage priorities, and support business growth.Job Location:Dimona located in the southern part of Israel in the Negev, not far from the Dead Sea area, the lowest location in the world.The factory in Dimona is the oldest, having been established in 1986.What you will be doing:Developing and maintaining short-term and long-term production plans for multiple production sites / linesMonitoring demand and supply trends and balancing production capacity accordinglyManaging order fulfillment and delivery commitments to customersProvide support for the Operation, Customer Experience, Marketing and Engineering departmentsOptimizing inventory levels while maintaining required service levelsTracking and analyzing key KPIs, including Customer and Production Missed Promises, Inventory Turns, and overall planning performance.Requirements: What you will bring along:Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related fieldEnglish language proficiency at the verbal/writing level - mandatoryProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysisExperience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) - advantageAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong organizational and time-management skills.This position is open to all candidates.
