Platform Tech Lead

We're looking for a Platform Tech Lead to join our Platform Engineering team.In this role, you'll help shape the platform that powers all of R&D teams. You'll lead technical decisions, design scalable cloud infrastructure, build high-performance services, and drive engineering excellence across the organization. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while influencing architecture, scalability, and developer experience.What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core.Lead the design and evolution of our cloud-native platform and microservices architecture.Build infrastructure and developer platforms that enable engineering teams to move faster.Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).Drive architectural decisions with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve developer experience and platform capabilities.Mentor engineers and serve as a technical leader across multiple teams.Requirements: 4 years of experience building cloud-native systems using Azure, AWS, or GCP.Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker.Expert-level proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as C#/.NET Core or JavaProven experience designing and building highly scalable RESTful microservices.Experience in Platform Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering.Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including MSSQL and MongoDB.Daily hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar as a core part of the development workflow.Experience working in a spec-driven development process, using AI agents to accelerate implementation while validating code quality, architecture, security, and performance.Passion for adopting new AI tools and engineering workflows, with a strong focus on testing, observability, and code quality.Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical decisions across teams.This position is open to all candidates.
