we are looking for a PPC Manager.As an Expert Search PPC Manager, you will help our acquisition efforts, be responsible for setting, optimizing, and scaling campaigns on Search campaigns (Google and Bing ads). You'll work closely with the bigger team, providing actionable insights and sharing best practices and knowledge. What you'll be doing: Set, optimize, and scale search campaigns in order to achieve KPIsShare actionable insights and knowledge with existing PPC account managers.Analyze performance based on ROI and engagement to drive actionable insightsCo-initiate and implement teams performance oriented projects, constantly seeking improvement opportunitiesWork together with CS, Sales and product to optimize every step of the funnelWork closely with the creative and content teams to improve Conv RateIdentify trends and constantly come up with new growth opportunitiesInitiate, structure and measure AB tests on landing pagesCombine business and creative thinking to understand user pain points, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into practical actions that improve campaign and funnel performance.Requirements: Excellent interpersonal, and communication skillsFast learner with a proactive, self-sufficient approach; able to independently research, troubleshoot, and find solutions in a dynamic growth environment.Can-do and hands-on mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvementStrong attention to detail, with the ability to dive deep into campaign data, keyword structures, funnels, and experiments to uncover optimization opportunitiesAt Least 2 years hands-on experience managing Google search campaignsFluent English verbal and written Outstanding analytical and quantitative skill set - a mustProficiency in Microsoft Excel and large-scale data analysisCapable of working independently, while also being a great team playerPrioritize high-impact initiatives and focus on actions that move the needle on acquisition growth, efficiency, and business KPIs.Critical thinker and problem solverBachelors degree (BA/BS) in exact science, economics, industrial engineering, marketing, business or related fieldsExperience with other acquisition channels is an advantage Experience in a B2B SaaS company - huge advantageThis position is open to all candidates.
