Private Cloud Solution Architect

We are looking for a Solution Architect (Presale) to join our team.This is a unique opportunity for a Delivery or Professional Services Engineer who has mastered the world of implementation and support and is now looking to make a transition into the Architectural/Presale world.In this role, you will manage the technical sales process throughout our sales cycles and across offering, for local and global customers.The role includes conducting consulting engagements with customers to deliver Private Cloud solutions, writing technical papers and documentation, leading technical discussions during the presale process, conducting demos, PoCs, and more.We are looking for someone with a growth mentality, a team player who really understands the engine under the hood and is eager to expand into Kubernetes and AI environmentsResponsibilities:Design and architect private cloud solutions across VMware VCF, Kubernetes, GenAI and datacenter solutions.Lead technical discussions during the pre-sales process and assess customer needsDevelop high-level design (HLD) documents and define the scope of workAlign technical solutions with customer business challengesMaintain strong technical expertise to deliver product demonstrationsUnderstand our vision and priorities as a companyGrow adoption of our solutions among our customers and partnersAddress technical objections and position competitive differentiationManage your customers together with the account managers and act as a trusted technical advisor while leveraging subject matter experts required during the sales processRequirements: 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Engineer, Solution Architect, System Engineer, or similar, focusing on VMware Private Cloud SolutionsDemonstrate 3-5 years of expertise in vSphere environments, encompassing architecture planning and design decisionsPreferred familiarity with VMware vRA and vRO, or demonstrated proficiencyPreferred familiarity with DevOps solutions such as Terraform, Ansible, and KubernetesAbility to write high-level solution documents and scope of work documentsExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to various stakeholdersA positive and "can-do" attitude and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders are a mustPrevious experience with customer-facing roles, presenting at webinars or tech conferences - an advantageThis position is open to all candidates.
