Curious about what its like to work at our company?At our company, youll collaborate with expert colleagues around the globe to solve problems most people will never even know exist!Youll be part of building unique solutions shaped by real investigative methodologies, enabling our customers to identify, investigate, visualize and prevent criminal, terror and security threats worldwide.These solutions are used by law enforcement, national security, and national and military intelligence agencies in almost 100 countries to turn massive, diverse data into clear, actionable intelligence for a safer world.We are looking for a Product Expert to join our team!As a worker you will:Lead innovative technical solutions in the telecommunications, intelligence, and cyber domains.Responsible for matrix management of response teams throughout the sales cycles - including R&D, Product & Project management, Marketing, and moreAble to manage Customer-facing activities, including commercial and technical sessions, demonstrations, and presentationsInvolved in and responsible for preparing white papers, Impact assessments, high-level solution descriptions and pricing strategiesWrite comprehensive technical and marketing documentsYou will be the main point of contact (go-to-guy) for the Presale group for all communication with the product and R&D groupFull responsibility of Technical and Maintenance support with all presale demo systemsPreparation of POC (proof of concept).Requirements: Excellent English - mustBachelor's degree required - Must (no specific field)Willingness to travel worldwide, up to 50%, monthly - MustHigh proficiency in MS Office - MustProven ability to handle deadlines and manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and time frames. Works independently with limited supervisionHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and presentation skillsWould be considered an advantage:Mother tongue/excellent (write, speak, read) in one of the following languages: French/Portuguese/Spanish/RussianBackground in Intelligence technologies and methodologiesExperience working in high-tech project-oriented companies and management in a matrix environmentIn-depth knowledge in telecom network architecture for Telephony, Cellular and IP networks (e.g. PSTN, GSM, UMTS, LTE, SS7,Wifi, IOT)In-depth knowledge in IP communications, protocols, applications and encryptionExperience in working with global customers.This position is open to all candidates.
