Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Managerto join our team and take a leading role in our challenging Development and Production Programs.Your day-to-day activity is to work closely with multiple internal and external interfaces - customers, engineering, operations, subcontractors, and management to execute, supervise, and manage the programs work plan, deliveries and budget.In this role you will -Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary programs for various defense applications, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.Manage a range of production programs - coordinate production and deliveries to customers.Manage program lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Ensure alignment with strategic goals, budget, and timelines.Interface with engineering, operations, R&D, finance, and external partners (customer and subcontractors) domestic and international.Prepare and present program status to executive leadership and customers.Identify and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and contractual domains.Requirements: 2-3 years experience in program management, or similar roles.Experience with products involving HW assembly and integration, and HW deliveries to customers.Experience in leading multidisciplinary technical programs - an advantage.Academic degree in EngineeringResults oriented and self-driven manager.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience in agile work environment - an advantage.Fluent in English.This position is open to all candidates.
