Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager. This role sits within the CISO office and supports three critical functions: product incident management, R&D and Product vendor procurement, and CISO office program management. It's a cross-functional, high-visibility role that requires strong communication skills as well as organizational skills, a technology mindset, AI-native approach and the ability to coordinate across Security, IT, R&D, Finance, and Legal.

We are looking for a team player, independent and responsible person, quick learner, who wants to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, Industrial Engineering and Management or a related technical field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to synthesize technical issues for non-technical audiences and vice versa. Skilled with running SQL queries and learning new tools and systems quickly.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or custom AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, reporting, incident management, or program visibility.Ability to create clear documentation, reports, and presentations. Nice to haveBackground or coursework in cybersecurity or information security.

Experience with incident management, cross-functional coordination, or project tracking. Familiarity with Jira, project dashboards, or business intelligence tools. Interest in developing a career in cybersecurity, IT governance, or technology management.This position is open to all candidates.
