Program Quality Engineer

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are looking for a talented Program Quality Engineer to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Lead Quality Assurance across the hardware development lifecycle for radar systemsEnsure quality from design through verification and pre-productionDevelop and execute quality plans for hardware development projectsLead SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and PRRDefine and track quality KPIsConduct FMEA for RF, power, thermal, structural, and integration elementsSupport verification, reliability, and environmental testingApprove TEST plans and reportsManage change control and traceabilitySupport AS9100 and MIL- STD complianceLead root cause analysis and corrective actionsCollaborate with suppliers and cross-functionRequirements: RequirementsBachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field5+ years of quality engineering experience in complex hardware environmentsExperience in AS9100-regulated developmentFamiliarity with FMEA, Six Sigma, and APQP/PPAPAbility to analyze schematics, drawings, TEST data, and failure reportsExperience in radar, aerospace, defense, or automotive is an advantageAdded AdvantageCQE certificationKnowledge of environmental and reliability testingFamiliarity with DFM/A, ICT, and AOIThis position is open to all candidates.
