Located in central Tel Aviv (Montefiore area, walking distance from a train station), operating on a hybrid work model with 1 day WFH per week.
Role Description-
- Joining the Core Platform Engineering squad, taking key ownership of building and scaling the company's foundational SaaS/Cloud platform.
- Hands-on Backend engineering using Python within a cloud-native architecture on AWS.
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing data architecture and database interactions using PostgreSQL and other modern data stores.
- Tackling complex technical challenges around cloud resource optimization, high-throughput data processing, system performance, and reliability.
Requirements-
- 6 years of overall hands-on software engineering experience – Mandatory
- 2 years of dedicated backend development experience in Python – Mandatory
- Proven hands-on development experience in AWS cloud environments – Mandatory
- Strong practical experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and data architecture design – Mandatory
- Background or strong interest in Big Data infrastructure, Cloud Internals, or Data Engineering – Advantage
