*Role Overview:**
Core Backend Development: The individual in this role will join a specialized engineering team, reporting to the Backend Team Lead and focusing on high-performance system design.
AI Agent Engineering: Architecting and developing AI Agents integrated with core backend services to automate infrastructure troubleshooting.
Polyglot Environment: Developing primarily in Python, with additional components in Go and Node.js, ensuring seamless integration across the stack.
Cloud-Native Operations: Building and maintaining scalable services across AWS and GCP, with a heavy emphasis on Kubernetes (K8s) orchestration.
Open-Source Contribution: Influencing the direction of a popular open-source tool while scaling the company’s commercial enterprise platform.
*Requirements

6 years of professional experience in Software Development – Mandatory.
4 years of focused experience in Python development – Mandatory.
Deep hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (K8s) – Mandatory.
Direct experience with AI technologies, LLMs, or autonomous agents – Mandatory.
Proven experience in Backend Development within distributed systems and cloud-native environments.
Strong proficiency in AWS or GCP infrastructure and services.
