Python Engineer, Python Team Leader

Senior Backend Engineer 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Python development- A must Deep understanding of microservices architecture and hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments Proven ability to design and implement complex, distributed systems at scale * Senior Backend Engineer 7+ years of backend engineering experience in production systems Proficiency in Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks) Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) Comfort working with databases (both SQL and NoSQL) AI Software Engineer 7+ years of software engineering experience Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, including deep learning, computer vision, and NLP— Experience designing and building robust software architectures with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices ,PyTorch and Tensorflow Familiarity with cloud and MLOps practices *** AI Backend Team Lead At least 5 years of hands-on Software Engineering experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a team lead or managerial role. Proven experience building high-scale, production-grade systems on a cloud platform with solid command of DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and observability as applied to AI workloads.

Python or Rust ML model lifecycle, including training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Computer Vision concepts
