QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong focus on testing complex systems to join our team. This role is critical for validating both web applications and infrastructure and ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms while maintaining high-quality products.In this position, you will execute comprehensive testing strategies that prioritize back-end functionality and API validation. You will validate integrations with third-party systems to ensure efficient data flow and enhance the quality of our integrated systems.What Youll Do:Develop Test Plans: Create and maintain comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough testing coverageCollaborate with Teams: Work with developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria and deliver high-quality featuresUtilize Testing Tools: Use tools like Postman, Swagger, PyTest, API interactions, and backend responsesConduct Cloud Testing: Test and validate infrastructure components in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.Requirements: Youll do it using:3+ years of Proven experience in manual QA testing for complex systemsDeep understanding of infrastructure testing methodologiesFamiliarity with testing integrations with third-party services and APIs by using Postman, Swagger, or similar toolsStrong understanding of QA processes, test case design, and defect tracking toolsEnglish proficiency (written and verbal)Background in test automation using PythonBackground with relational databases and SQLExperience working with JiraProven ability to break down requirements into scenariosStrong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, API, performance, and scalability)Background with cloude bases applications - an advantageKnowledge of performance testing and monitoring tools - an advantageExperience in the insurance or banking industries - an advantageAbility to interpret logs and identify essential information - an advantageYoull Excel By:Strong analytical skills and attention to detailOwning the quality of core components.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with cross-functionalteams.Identifying gaps early and proactively improving testing strategies.Thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.This position is open to all candidates.
