Required R&D Process EngineerReports to: Applications Development ManagerLocation: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh HaayinWhat will you do?Lead development of new technologies in textile printing (new inks, workflows, and systems)Identify gaps and opportunities and suggest performance improvementsDevelop and deliver optimized solutions with clear performance metrics and measurable KPIsWrite software/system specifications, algorithms, procedures, project steps, and test plansLead cross-functional work groups within the R&D matrixAct as a bridge between R&D, marketing, and customer needsPlan, conduct, and analyze experiments using existing systems and prototypesAnalyze and present complex multi-component technical issuesSupport Customer Service and Development departmentsLead projects independently, end-to-end.Requirements: What Should You Have?At least 2 years of experience as an Application Engineer or System Engineer (mandatory)B.Sc. in Engineering/Science or equivalent (mandatory); M.Sc.
