R&D Software Engineer (C++ and Python)

We are looking for a highly motivated R&D Software Engineer with strong algorithmic thinking, problem-solving skills, and hands-on software development experience. While experience in signal processing, communications, DSP, or RF is a strong advantage, it is not a requirement.This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy tackling complex problems, designing practical solutions, and turning ideas into working systems. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment at the intersection of algorithms, software and hardware, with real impact on end products.Design and implement algorithms and software solutions for complex problemsDevelop high-quality, production-ready code in C and PythonTake ownership of features and components from concept through implementation and validationBuild prototypes, run experiments, and iterate quickly based on resultsParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-makingDocument designs, trade-offs, and implementation detailsRequirements: Strong algorithmic thinking and problem-solving abilities5 Years of experience in software design and development, not just theoretical or academic workSolid proficiency in C and/or PythonGood understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principlesAbility to learn new domains quickly and apply them effectivelyHigh motivation, strong ownership mentality, and a get things done attitudeAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively in a teamThis position is open to all candidates.
