We are looking for a talented, experienced, and highly technical Salesforce Engineer to join our Salesforce Tech team on an adventure to reshape our Salesforce. The Salesforce team is part of the Applications & Integrations Group - globally responsible for business applications and cross organizational integrations, ensuring the delivery of innovative high-quality solutions to meet business and operational needs.The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, curious, and possess a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, a team player and people person that following best practices is in his DNA and is looking to take full ownership on his domains.GlilotHybridFull-timeWhat youll do:Build and maintain scalable solutions in the system using AI Coding Agents, declarative tools like Flow and other tools/packagesRefactor our user experience with Lightning Pages, Dynamic Forms, Dynamic list views and buttons - and other tools you knowTake an active role in project discussions and planning to make sure the solution designed is the correct one, scalable and easy to maintainCreate Process documentation and architecture to make sure knowledge is shared across our teamsProactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within SalesforceKeep learning new Salesforce features and introduce new tools from the ecosystem to the team that can help our company and processesRequirements: 4 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Admin/Implementor in a technical Salesforce teamIn-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model, showcasing expertise acquired through hands-on experience with complex Salesforce projectsSales Cloud Expertise, including EAC, ECI, Pipeline Inspection and other Sales Cloud FeaturesIn-depth expertise of the Salesforce platform, including its core functionalities, features, and configuration optionsExperience in cleanup projects like moving from WF and PB to Flow, consolidating profiles and Fields/Objects cleanupAt least 2 years of hands-on experience with Flows, including screen flows and record-triggered FlowsHands on experience with Lightning page, dynamic forms and other Page/App Builder toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to small detailsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Hebrew and English, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environmentEagerness to learn and grow in the field of Salesforce and technologyAdvantage:Agentforce Experience - both internal Agents and Customer Facing AgentsExperience working with Communities (Experience cloud)Hands On experience with tools like Gearset, Azure DevOps, OwnBackup, DocuSign, Docomotion, FormAssembly, Varonis.Familiarity with Event Monitoring and Privacy Center and CRM AnalyticsFamiliarity with Git, Version Control, CI/CD processes and Scrum methodologyKnowledge of QA processes and test methodologies.Knowledge in Duplication Management tools and processesThis position is open to all candidates.
