Senior Backend Developer

we arelooking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our R&D team.As a Senior Backend Developer, you will design and build the backend systems behind AI-powered products that automate complex workflows and support intelligent, autonomous processes. You will play a key role in building agentic and multi-agent systems, designing the architecture and infrastructure that enable AI agents to work autonomously, while taking ownership of complex technical challenges from design through production.Requirements: 5 years of hands-on experience in backend software development.Proven experience building and maintaining production systems at scale.Strong experience with backend development and system design.Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance, and reliability.Experience working with SQL databases, caching solutions, and cloud environments, preferably GCP.Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.Python experience is a strong advantage.AI & Agentic SystemsHands-on experience designing and building AI-powered systems, with a strong focus on agentic and multi-agent architectures.Experience building systems where AI agents can independently execute complex tasks, use tools, and coordinate across multiple steps or agents.Ability to design the backend infrastructure, orchestration, and integrations required to run agentic systems reliably in production.Experience working with modern AI development tools and frameworks and applying them to build practical, production-ready solutions.This position is open to all candidates.
