You'll work on new features from idea to production and solve complex engineering problems in a highly collaborative environment.As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:Collaborating with stakeholders from across the organizationOverseeing the development of features from design to implementationBreaking down large features into incremental deliverables, driving both execution and visionServing as a role model for other engineers by developing high-quality codeBalancing hands-on engineering with technical leadership through design/code reviews and mentoringLeveraging AI and modern engineering practices to accelerate the pace of developmentRequirements: 10+ years of software engineering experienceDemonstrate extensive backend engineering expertise using Python.Design and maintain production-grade services within distributed environments to ensure reliability, scalability, and optimal performance.Work with Python, Kubernetes, SQL, NoSQL databases, and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines effectively and efficiently.Decompose complex tasks into clear, actionable steps while ensuring clarity and precision in defining work items.Demonstrate technical expertise while maintaining a strategic perspective to effectively address complex challenges and drive impactful outcomes.Build applications using Rust;
