We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Build Engineer with a strong development background to join our team. This is a hands-on technical role that sits at the intersection of software development and DevOps - the ideal candidate started their career as a developer and transitioned into DevOps, bringing deep understanding of both worlds.ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain our Azure DevOps Server environment (on-premises)Design, build, and maintain production CI/CD pipelinesManage build systems for C++ and C# / .NET projectsTroubleshoot complex build, compilation, and dependency issuesDevelop and maintain automation scripts and toolingSupport development, QA, security, and infrastructure teamsManage container images, registries, and Linux environmentsCreate and maintain technical documentation and operational proceduresRequirements: 6+ years of total experience, including:2+ years of hands-on software development (C++, C#, or similar)4+ years of DevOps / Build Engineering experienceProven experience managing Azure DevOps Server on-premisesDeep expertise with Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, Azure ArtifactsStrong understanding of C++ build toolchains - CMake, GCC/Clang, Make/Ninja, static and shared librariesStrong understanding of C# / .NET build toolchains - MSBuild, dotnet CLI, NuGetHands-on experience with Docker and Linux container environmentsStrong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or PythonSolid Git knowledge - branching strategies, pull requests, release branchesExperience managing secrets, credentials, and service accountsFamiliarity with software supply-chain security practicesAdditional NotesExperience with Kubernetes and HelmExperience with SonarQube or similar static-analysis toolsExperience with Artifactory, Nexus, or HarborExperience with Terraform or AnsibleExperience supporting air-gapped or restricted environmentsExperience migrating or upgrading Azure DevOps Server.This position is open to all candidates.
