Senior Embedded Engineer

The company is looking for a senior, hands-on software developer to help build and evolve its core platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong Rust/Python skills who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, shipping high-quality features, and improving system reliability and scalability.Part of the role includes working close to the hardware on Linux-based embedded systems (including NVIDIA Jetson), making this a great fit for engineers who enjoy working across the stack and taking ownership in a mission-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver end-to-end features across a complex, real-time systemBuild and maintain scalable, reliable software running in production environmentsWork on Linux-based embedded systems, including performance optimization and system-level integrationCollaborate with cross-functional teams (algorithms, hardware, product) to deliver high-impact solutionsContinuously improve system architecture, code quality, and development processesTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues in real-time, resource-constrained environmentsTake ownership of features from design through deployment and monitoringRequirements: 5+ years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on coding skillsStrong proficiency in Rust, with solid knowledge of PythonExperience developing and deploying production-grade systemsSolid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimizationExperience working in Linux environmentsAbility to work independently and navigate large, evolving codebasesStrong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic engineering mindsetThis position is open to all candidates.
