Senior Full Stack Developer

Were looking for a Full Stack Developer who doesnt just use AI tools - but knows how to work with them as part of the development process.Youll build end to end features across a modern TypeScript stack, work closely with Product and Design teams, and help create AI powered experiences used by real customers every day.This role is for developers who combine strong engineering fundamentals with fast execution, ownership, and curiosity around modern AI technologies.What Youll Do:Build full stack features across React frontend and Node.js backend servicesDesign and maintain scalable APIs and backend systemsWork with MSSQL databases, including schema design and query optimizationDeploy and manage services on AWS environmentsIntegrate AI capabilities such as LLMs, copilots, and AI agents into product features and internal toolsUse AI development tools to improve speed, quality, and workflowsStructure development workflows around AI tools while maintaining engineering quality and long term maintainabilityLead technical discussions and help shape engineering standards across the teamCollaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and other developersDebug production issues across APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, queues, and distributed systemsContribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical roadmap discussionsWrite clean, scalable, and maintainable codeRequirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScriptStrong React skills and understanding of modern frontend architectureExperience working with MSSQL databases and query optimizationPractical AWS experience, such as ECS, EC2, S3, or similar servicesExperience designing and shipping complex product features end-to-endExperience working with LLM APIs or AI-powered product featuresProven experience using AI coding tools such as Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similarAbility to balance speed, pragmatism, maintainability, and scalability in technical decisionsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsHybrid availability for our Tel Aviv officeThis position is open to all candidates.
