Senior Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned, strategic Senior Fullstack Engineer to help shape the future of our work in Agentic AI. This critical role involves end-to-end development of advanced client and server features, handling large-scale data, aggregations, and cutting-edge UI/UX design. You will work on mission-critical technologies, collaborating with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver impactful solutions.What you'll do:Design and implement scalable fullstack architectures using React and Node.js.Develop and maintain high-performance services and data pipelines, managing large-scale data aggregations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including product, design, and research - to integrate and ship new features.Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance.Champion secure coding practices and clean code standards.Requirements: Who you are:5+ years of production experience in both React and Node.js.Deep familiarity with React Hooks, React-Query, and Express.Experience building and maintaining distributed systems or high-throughput architectures.Experience with AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, LLMs) and integrating AI features.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.Familiarity with Go (Golang) and cloud-based platforms is a plus.Desired Skills:Experience with Agentic AI and related technologies.Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and architectures.Prior experience working in a high-growth or late-stage startup environment.This position is open to all candidates.
