Senior Program Manager

You will own the squads delivery and processes reporting directly to the Director of Program Management, collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Research and Product teams to drive successful execution of squad deliverables.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple squads, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality outputPartner with the Product Manager and R&D Manager to oversee the end-to-end development process for our cybersecurity solutionsCollaborate with the Director of Program Management to align squad goals with overall company objectivesFoster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellenceMentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support as neededImplement and optimize agile methodologies to enhance team performance and product delivery.Requirements: 8 years of experience in program management within the high-tech industry, with a focus on R&DAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environmentProficiency in agile project management methodologiesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and departments to ensure alignment and synergy Experience with Jira for project management and workflow optimizationComprehensive understanding of both cloud and on-premise environmentsExperience in a role within the cybersecurity industryKnowledge of AI and machine learning applications.This position is open to all candidates.
