Key responsibilities:Lead complex, end-to-end, cross-organizational projects, bridging Development, Operations, R&D, and Product teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution.Drive the adoption of AI tools to optimize project management, workflows, and productivity.Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by coaching teams on Agile methodologies, proactively identifying workflow inefficiencies, refining processes, and fostering deep collaboration between R&D, Product, and Operation teams.Motivate and align cross-functional teams through transparent communication and stakeholder engagement, influencing effectively across all organizational levels.Solve challenges and drive impactful outcomes independently.Requirements: 5 years of experience in Program management/ PMOProfound project management experience in the software industryPMP CertificationExperience in Jira administrationFluent in English both written and verbalStrong presentation and communication skillsDecision making, task prioritization, and on-time delivery capabilitiesLead without authority skills Independent, thinks outside the box, presentable, excellent interpersonal skillsKnowledge in quality methodologies / CI / CD- advantageExperience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems or equivalent.This position is open to all candidates.
