Senior Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our Bring-Up execution team.Youll oversee development progress, work closely with engineering, research, and infrastructure teams, and help ensure the group meets its strategic and technical goals.As a TPM, you will play a vital role in implementing the company's vision within large-scale cross-functional projects that span the organization.You will lead process and technology improvements that proactively address issues that help our company meet all customer needs.Working alongside multiple internal engineering teams, you'll help set and drive priorities and address critical blockers in a fast-paced environment that directly impacts the products.What will your job look like:Plan and establish new processes and execute with multiple development teams .Deliver results by orchestrating the technical planning, execution, and enablement of key processes.Manage timelines, validation, data readiness, integrations, and infrastructure work.Define, track, and analyze execution KPIs.Support roadmap planning by aligning feature scope with infrastructure capacity, data availability, and validation bandwidth.Help identify execution risks and resolve technical blockers, including failing tests, data gaps, integration conflicts, and infrastructure bottlenecks.Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow or prevent teams from delivering objectives.Work with management and other leaders to continually identify and implement team process improvements.Requirements: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.10+ years of experience in engineering teams.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships (to drive issues to closure).Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of proactively working across the organization to drive issues to closure.Background in the automotive industry - an advantageFluent English and Hebrew.This position is open to all candidates.
