Senior Technical Program Manager

You'll thrive here if ambiguity is fuel, not friction.In this role, you will be responsible for:Drive end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional engineering projects - from the first brainstorming session to post-launch retroDesign and supervise agentic workflows that automate status collection, risk surfacing, dependency tracking, and comms - so you operate at a higher level, not just fasterBuild and manage AI-assisted program workflows that reduce coordination overhead and improve program visibility at scaleSpot bottlenecks before they become fires, and personally drive them to resolutionMap and manage cross-team dependencies so nothing blindsides anyoneBuild and track key metrics that give real visibility into how engineering is performingApply sound judgment on escalations, stakeholder reads, and cross-team trust - the things AI surfaces but cant resolveIdentify opportunities for collaboration and innovation across teams - connecting dots others missConstantly communicate progress and status to stakeholders and managementRequirements: You have 5+ years of technical program/project management experienceYouve owned large-scale, cross-functional projects end-to-endYou have hands-on experience with or are actively building agentic workflows - and are excited about what it means for how TPMs operate at scaleYou build and manage AI-assisted workflows that reduce coordination overhead and improve program visibility - not just use AI tools ad hocAmbiguity doesnt slow you down - you build the structure, make the calls, and keep things movingYou have a technical development or QA background (a big plus)Agile and Kanban arent buzzwords to you - theyre tools you actually useYou communicate clearly and concisely - in writing, in meetings, and in the hallwayPeople genuinely enjoy working with you, even under pressureYou have a figure it out attitude and a low tolerance for things being stuckStrong analytical skills - you can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to understand the technical detailsB.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalentHigh proficiency in EnglishThis position is open to all candidates.
