Required SEO AssociateAbout the Role:As an SEO Associate, youll play a versatile role across three core pillars of our SEO strategy: link building, content creation, and technical SEO. Youll manage our link acquisition efforts and agency relationships, help create and optimize content that drives organic growth, and work hands-on with technical SEO improvements across our website. This role requires self-motivation, a fast learning curve, and comfort operating in a high-paced, ever-changing environment.
Youll collaborate closely with the SEO team, marketing department, and external agencies to execute a well-rounded organic growth strategy.Analyzing websites to identify potential partnershipsManaging freelancers/agencies and day-to-day link acquisition activitiesResearching, writing, and/or briefing SEO-optimized content for our web propertiesMaintaining and updating existing content to keep it accurate, relevant, and competitiveCollaborating with writers, designers, and other marketing teams to publish new content on a regular cadenceConducting keyword and competitor research to inform content topics and structureMonitoring site health using SEO tools and flagging issues proactivelyMaintaining SEO best practices across our web propertiesSupporting the SEO team with day-to-day tasks and reporting.Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field1-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, content, or web managementExcellent organizational and analytical abilities, with proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and ExcelStrong writing skills with the ability to create or brief clear, engaging, SEO-friendly contentBasic understanding of technical SEO concepts (or strong willingness to learn)Deep passion for continuous learning in SEO and digital marketingStrong command of English with outstanding written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilitiesSkilled at multitasking and thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsA collaborative team player with a positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.This position is open to all candidates.
