We're looking for an experienced Software Architect to join and help shape the next generation of our platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on designing systems at scale and thinking strategically about performance, reliability, and scalability. As our Architect, you'll work alongside top-tier engineers and leadership to design the core infrastructure of our platform and guide engineering teams through best practices and architectural excellence.Define and evolve the architecture of our cloud-native platformDrive technical direction and influence long-term product and infrastructure decisionsWork hands-on with teams to review designs, suggest improvements, and solve deep technical challengesCollaborate with team leaders and senior engineers to scale the system while keeping it reliable and performantLead complex architecture discussions around Kubernetes, Go, microservices, and cloud infrastructureRequirements: 8+ years of backend experience, including large-scale system designStrong architectural thinking and proven experience designing cloud-native, distributed systemsDeep knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices, and GoExperience in high-growth startups or mission-critical infrastructure environmentsAbility to work independently and provide mentorship to engineering teamsStrategic mindset with attention to detail and quality(Nice to have) Experience in cloud cost optimization or resource managementThis position is open to all candidates.
