Software Data Platform Tech Lead

Were looking for a Software Data Platform Tech Lead to join us.Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior software engineers through one-on-ones, feedback, and technical guidance.Design, develop, and maintain the core backend architecture of our Data platform.Take ownership of end-to-end development processes, from design to deployment.Build and deploy scalable APIs, micro-services, and systems that enable seamless Data processing workflows.Research and integrate advanced technologies to improve system scalability and reliability.Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.Requirements: 5+ years in software backend engineering, at least 3 years specifically in Python (we use fastAPI).Proven knowledge in building and maintaining web applications (we use React).Experience in architecting software systems from the ground up.Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).Experience with containerization technologies and concepts (Docker, or equivalent).Experience using and maintaining CI/CD tools (like: Gitlab, Jenkins).This position is open to all candidates.
