Software Developer - IT Business Application

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our IT Business Applications department. This team is responsible for developing and maintaining internal applications that support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both .NET/C# and Python development, with a proven track record of building scalable cloud-based applications.What Youll Do:Lead and participate in the full application lifecycle, from requirements through architecture, development, and monitoringDesign and build scalable backend services and RESTful APIsDevelop clean, maintainable, high-performance codeContribute to system architecture and cloud-native scalabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new featuresApply modern development practices and participate in code reviewsLeverage emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance applicationsRequirements: 5+ years of professional software development experienceStrong proficiency in C# and .NET (.NET Core preferred)Strong Python experienceSolid understanding of object-oriented design principles and modern development practicesExperience building scalable applications and backend servicesStrong SQL skills and experience with relational databasesExperience with database design and performance optimizationHands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsNice to Have:Experience with AI/ML technologies or RAG-based systemsFamiliarity with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services)Experience with frontend technologies (React / Angular / JavaScript)Experience with messaging systems (Azure Service Bus / RabbitMQ)Experience with enterprise authentication and authorization systems Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Okta.This position is open to all candidates.
