Software Engineer (full-stack)

We are currently in the process of building our next huge project. Were creating the CHAT API solution, adding the ability to offer a complete chat capability that contains team messaging, SMS, mms, WhatsApp, email and Facebook domains into platform. The CHAT API is going to be used across the entire organization in various different products.The team is working end to end on all aspects of the product - from UI to Backend and on maintaining the stack.Our team is more than just colleagues; we're a community that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and, most importantly, having a good time together.Your key responsibilities:Working on end-to-end projects in a full-stack backend oriented role, aligned with your skills and career goals.Taking a key role in building and leading the team from an Architecture perspective.Designing, researching, developing and testing the functional and non-functional areas.Onboarding and mentoring new team members. You will help build a reliable continuous improvement process and ensure efficient delivery at high level.Requirements: 4+ years of experience years as a full-stack/backend software engineer with Java, Typescript, Relational/Non relational databases and cloud solutionsExpertise working on large scale complex software systems and leading delivery cycles.

Experience working with multiple releases with Agile methodologies in a service or SaaS environmentExperience with modern web frameworks such as Vue.JS / AngularJS / ReactDevelop and implement strategies to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance while aligning with the company's overall goals and objectivesUnderstanding of system architecture, and distributed systemsAbility to manage a full application development cycle from requirements to productionGreat collaboration and English skills, working with other team members across the worldThis position is open to all candidates.
