Software Engineering Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to join our R&D department. This team of engineers is responsible for developing Oligos platform for Application Security Posture. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team and driving the development of innovative, scalable, and high-quality features in our product.You will:Lead a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance.Oversee the entire product lifecycle including design, architecture, and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable code.Tackle complex technical challenges, identifying root causes, and delivering timely, effective solutions for customers requests and problems.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.Engage in hands-on development of features.Requirements: 3 years of experience leading or managing a development team of at least 5 engineers.6 years of experience in backend development in cloud environments.Proven track record of designing and building backend services using modern technologies in high-scale and throughput.Experience with relational DBs (e.g.

PostgreSQL), message brokers (e.g. Kafka) and caching solutions (e.g. Redis) for data processing.Experience working with AWS and Kubernetes.Experience working directly with customers or client-facing teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet their needs.This position is open to all candidates.
