Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to be the technical engine behind our most complex deals and high-value customers. This role is not about following a manual. Its about architecting solutions that move from a tool to a core piece of integrated infrastructure.You will own the technical journey from start to finish.
Youll validate complex use cases during the pre-sales phase and build automated data workflows that secure long-term customer retention. You will be the bridge between our customers' operations teams and our API, making sure our data lives exactly where the customer needs it.This role is based in Tel Aviv. We work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the office.Requirements: 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Solutions Consultant, Integration Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, specifically with field mapping, custom objects, and workflow logic.API Knowledge: Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience navigating technical documentation to test endpoints.Availability to work Monday-FridayPostman: Previous experience using Postman for API validation and troubleshooting.Workflow Automation: Experience using connectors like Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or similar middleware to move data between systems.Communication: The ability to explain the difference between a simple knowledge gap and a complex technical gap to people who aren't technical.Nice to have:Previous experience in the Sales Intelligence or RevTech space.Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.A background in Sales Operations or RevOps.Experience working with Databricks or large-scale data warehouses.Experience using AI tools to improve your own daily efficiency and output.This position is open to all candidates.
