Solutions Engineer

Were growing fast and looking for a dynamic, customer-facing Solutions Engineer to join our team and play a key role in driving deal success.This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where youll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering, acting as a trusted technical advisor and helping customers understand both the technical and business value.What Youll Be Doing:Own the technical sales cycle end-to-end, from demo through POC to technical winPartner with Sales to develop and execute technical strategies for dealsDeliver tailored demos and proof-of-value engagementsWork closely with customer security and engineering teams to understand their workflowsPosition us effectively within DevSecOps and SDLC environmentsAct as a bridge between customers and internal Product & Engineering teamsProvide technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and documentationSupport deals through technical validation and objection handlingRepresent us at customer meetings, events, and conferences (including travel).Requirements: 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering / Sales Engineering / Technical Pre-SalesExperience in cybersecurity - strong advantageStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Proven ability to support and drive complex technical sales cyclesStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executivesSales mindset - proactive, creative, and solution-orientedAbility to navigate technical objections and build trust with customersComfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environmentBonus Points For:Background in AppSec / DevSecOps / software supply chain securityDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar - or hands-on development experienceExperience working with enterprise customersFluency in an additional European language (German strongly preferred).This position is open to all candidates.
