Staff Full-Stack Engineer

If you're passionate about technical leadership, enjoy solving complex architectural challenges, and want to make a meaningful impact on millions of users, wed love to have you join us.Responsibilities:Critical, cross-functional engineering initiatives from design to development and deployment, ensuring quality and scalabilityParticipate in technical decision-making and knowledge sharing across multiple teamsCollaborate with Product, UX, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless and data-driven experiencesEvaluate and introduce new tools, technologies, and practices that raise the bar for engineering excellenceGuide by example - service ownership, observability, and operational best practices across the engineering organizationPromote a culture of high standards, clean code, testing, and continuous improvement.Requirements: 8+ years of experience as a software engineer, including 2+ years as a senior, staff or principal-level roleProven experience designing and building distributed systems at scale in cloud-native environments (GCP or AWS)Deep expertise in backend technologies, including microservices, event-driven architectures, and REST/gRPC APIsStrong hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and full-stack engineering practicesFluency in system design and architecture - capable of balancing trade-offs between scalability, performance, and developer experienceTrack record of shaping technical direction and elevating team capabilitiesPassion for building high-impact, customer-facing products that are data-rich and intuitiveExcellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authorityBonus Points:Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers in production environmentsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).This position is open to all candidates.
