System Engineer

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support the development, testing, and validation of a multi-sensor system. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, with strong involvement in field tests, lab work, and system-level integration.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute lab and field tests for complex sensor-based systemsWork closely with software, algorithm, and hardware teams during development and testingSupport system integration, bring-up, and troubleshootingCollect, analyze, and validate system data from tests and experimentsMaintain clear system documentation, test procedures, and reportsManage and support ICDs and system configurationsParticipate in customer demonstrations and internal technical reviews.Requirements: Background of at least two years in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similarStrong hands-on experience working with Linux-based systemsExperience with Python programmingSolid basic IT skills (networking, system setup, logs, configuration, scripting basics)Comfortable working with hardware software systems in real-world environmentsAbility to work independently in the field and collaboratively within a teamStrong documentation and technical reporting skillsAdvantagesExperience with radar systems, EO/IR, RF sensors, or other sensing technologiesFamiliarity with sensor fusion concepts or multi-sensor systemsExperience running and analyzing field experimentsExposure to C Exposure to data analysis toolsPersonal AttributesDetail-oriented, structured, and methodicalHands-on mindsetStrong communication skills and team playerComfortable operating in fast-moving R&D environments.This position is open to all candidates.
