System Engineer

We are looking for an experienced system engineer to join our C4I systems (Command and Control) team at our company C4I & Cyber site in Netanya.About the Role:As a System Engineer, you will be designing , integrating, and delivery of advanced Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) solutions for complex projects.This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams and international customers to meet operational and technical requirements.Key Responsibilities:Define system architecture and translate operational needs into technical requirementsDevelop System Requirements Documents (SRDs) and detailed design specificationsCoordinate between software, hardware, communication, and platform teamsPresentation the system solutions and being part of project reviews such as SRR , PDR , CDR , FAT , SATWorking in an agile environment , defining work plans , manage backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveryConduct validation and verification scenarios to optimize system performanceDeployment and delivery the projects to our customers abroad.Requirements: B.Sc. in Engineering or related field (System engineering is an advantage)At least 2 years' experience in multidisciplinary systems - Defense industry an advantageExperience in communication systems and protocolsExperience in Agile environmentsExcellent communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholdersFluent in English; willingness to travel abroad.This position is open to all candidates.
