An Israels leading provider of SaaS-based software solutions for comprehensive Human Capital Management, is seeking a System MF Programmer to join her professional and highly skilled team!About the Role:Work with unique core systems in a VM/VSE environmentMaintain and develop system-level code for critical enterprise platformsPerform version upgrades, software installations, and hardware integrationsLead cross-organizational projects with a broad architectural perspectiveProvide guidance and support to development teams (acting as a Lead Programmer)Write detailed technical and functional specificationsDeliver creative and effective technological solutions for complex issuesRequirements: Extensive experience with MF systems and deep understanding of their architectureExpertise in MF Assembler and JCLAdvantage: knowledge of REXX, PLI, and COBOLStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to learn independently and handle complex technological challengesAvailability for intensive work and meeting tight deadlinesThis position is open to all candidates.
