The System Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining Digital Casting production systems in an R&D environment, working in an industrial setting under the supervision of a process engineer. The role involves working in 3 shifts: morning, evening, and night.Responsibilities:Machine Setup: Assemble tools and load raw materials into machines, preparing them for operation.Calibration: Perform required calibrations to ensure proper machine functioning.Process Monitoring: Check and input process parameters and other production data.Equipment Operation: Operate equipment for material handling and the computerized process.System Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on operational equipment, ensuring optimal system performance.Data Recording: Record process-related data in an organized manner for accurate tracking.Quality Inspections: Perform visual inspections of quality and quantity, making adjustments to resolve issues under supervision.System Cleanup: Disassemble cast parts and clean the system after processing at the end of each shift.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety requirements and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).Inventory Management: Maintain and manage inventory of materials and tools.Requirements: Education: Technician/Technologist certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Control Engineering, or related fields, with technical experience.Experience: Experience with sketches, CAD, etc., to support the design and construction of systems (advantageous).Machine Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in operating machines.Technical Skills: Computer proficiency is essential.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Team Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with all team members across various roles.English: Good level of proficiency in English.This position is open to all candidates.
