Systems Engineer

a defense technology company, is seeking a System Engineer to join our system engineering team in the development department.Responsibilities:Define technical tasks for development teams (hardware, software, mechanics), supervise development, define, supervise, and perform tests in laboratories and field trials.Prepare system documentation.Write technical content for tenders as needed.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering - mandatory.3 years of experience in a development/system engineering team for RF transmission and reception systems - mandatory (experience as part of an integration/automation/RF team).Systemic vision (experience working collaboratively with additional development fields related to the main area of expertise), leadership skills, and the ability to work independently - mandatory.Hands-on experience and ability to work with multiple interfaces simultaneously - development teams (hardware and software), testing teams, project managers - mandatory.Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously - mandatory.Ability to obtain a civilian security clearance at the confidential level - mandatory.Active civilian security clearance - a significant advantage.Experience in the cellular field - an advantage.Significant advantage for graduates of IDF technological units and the Ministry of Defense.This position is open to all candidates.
