Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Central Israel This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who enjoys full-cycle hiring while also being involved in broader HR activities. You will be part of a collaborative HR team and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates Lead offer negotiations and manage the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding Support additional HR initiatives and projects as needed (employee lifecycle, HR operations, employer branding, etc.) Maintain and track recruitment data and KPIsRequirements: Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Experience working within an HR team environment Strong stakeholder management skills Hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented approach Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English Ability to manage multiple roles in a dynamic environmenThis position is open to all candidates.
