Technical Architect

We are looking for an exceptional Technical Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our clients empower their employees, serve their customers, and build solutions for their businesses. In this role, you will also be responsible to:Work across multiple customer-facing teams (Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to improve the product's vision and to make global businesses and organizations successful.Technical solutions expert with an aptitude for technical advising, troubleshooting, and analysis.

With strong communication skills, you will be proficient in communicating technically complex ideas to a non-technical audience. You help our employees and customers approach and resolve technical problems and design scalable services.Gather requirements via client meetings and lead the solution design process jointly with customers, Business Development and EngineeringDevelop capabilities and features based on customer requirements as well as to extend our connector capabilities via HTTP and SDKWork closely with Product and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback, and identify opportunities for our platform enhancementsAccelerate development for roadmap features to address specific customer requirementsImprove internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to our knowledge basePrioritize and deliver outstanding customer service experience to our customersRequirements: Qualifications / Experience / Technical SkillsBackground in information systems, computing, engineering or equivalent industry experience preferred.Have 10-15 years of experience in similar roleTechnical background or a good understanding of technology and industry trends, especially in the app integration spaceStrong working knowledge with APIs - RESTfulSound knowledge of Data Structure - JSONPrevious coding experience / development backgroundSound knowledge of any RDBMSKnowledge of SOAP/XML is a plusComprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in architecting solutions comprised of on-premise, cloud and hybrid scenariosExperience working with cloud business apps like Workday / NetSuite / Salesforce / Servicenow / Marketo is a plusSoft Skills / Personal CharacteristicsStrong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impactStrong critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-setAbility to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situationsStrong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audienceFast learner who can independently conduct extensive research, and synthesize ideas, information and options quicklyBe proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emergeThis position is open to all candidates.
