we are looking for students for a part-time Technical support Representative position.The position is part-time, in shifts that include nights, weekends and holidays.Location: Poleg, NetanyaResponsibilitiesProviding Bright Data's customers with timely and accurate technical supportIndependently understanding and solving technical problems using internal documentationClarifying problem solutions to customers and providing them with the best workflowsInteracting with other departments to clarify issues and escalate them when requiredRequirements: Computer Science / SW Eng. students with a strong technical backgroundBasic programming knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or C.Customer oriented (direct communication with global customers) Organized with fast learning skillsSuper responsible and quick delivery mentalityFully proficient in EnglishWillingness to work at least 3 shifts a week, including nights and weekendsThis position is open to all candidates.
